The method comprises the steps of determining the target income of a target user, determining the time difference value of the target user between using the current traffic means and driving a vehicle intended to purchase, calculating the increased income of the target user by the saved time according to the time difference value and the target income, taking the increased income as reduction of the expenditure of the vehicle to be purchased, determining the expenditure different, and returning recommended or non-recommended information by comparing the expenditure different with the preset increase expenditure of the target user. A quantitative mode is adopted,and whether to purchase a vehicle or not can be objectively determined by combining the earnings and the expenditure of the target user.
