The storage device comprises a seat plate, wherein supporting blocks are fixedly installed on the two sides of the top end of the seat plate through bolts, rotary columns are rotatably installed at the sides, close to each other, of the supporting blocks through bearings, and one ends of the rotary columns are jointly and fixedly provided with a placing seat; the placing seat is of a box-like structure without a top, grooves are formed in the inner walls of the both sides of the placing seat, and clamping plates are arranged in the grooves; pull rods are rotatably installed at one sides of the clamping plates, and clamping openings are formed in the outer walls of the both sides of the placing seat; one ends of the pull rods pass through the clamping openings and extend out of the placing seat, the rod bodies of the pull rods are sleeved with springs, and the springs are located between the clamping plates and the inner walls of the grooves.
