Abstract

The invention provides a method for finding small RNA biomarkers for monitoring or detecting a pathogenetic process and / or a treatment process of IgA nephropathy. The method comprises the following steps: comparing with examination results of clinical biochemical markers of the IgA nephropathy, screening a small RNA biomarker which has lower expression abundance in untreated patients with the IgAnephropathy than that in healthy subjects while has higher expression abundance for the patients with the IgA nephropathy after treatment than that before treatment; screening a small RNA biomarker has higher expression abundance in the untreated patients with the IgA nephropathy than that in the healthy subjects while has lower expression abundance for the patients with the IgA nephropathy aftertreatment than before treatment. The markers can well detect the treatment process.
