Abstract

The invention discloses a horizontal automatic doubling and twisting device for electric heating wires. The device comprises a supporting table, an unwinding and twisting mechanism mounted at one endof the supporting table and a winding mechanism mounted at the other end of the supporting table; a wire doubling column and a wire guiding mechanism are arranged between the unwinding and twisting mechanism and the winding mechanism; and the unwinding and twisting mechanism comprises a wire unwinding mechanism, a twisting mechanism and a self-twisting preventing mechanism. During working, the unwinding and twisting mechanism and the wire doubling column complete automatic wire unwinding, doubling and twisting operations together under pull of the winding mechanism, and the automatic wire winding operation is completed through cooperation with the wire guiding mechanism and the winding mechanism. The device is simple, easy to implement and convenient to operate, damage caused by operationsincluding doubling, twisting, pulling and the like to the quality of the electric heating wires can be effectively reduced, and the automatic doubling and twisting quality and efficiency of the electric heating wires can be improved remarkably.
