Abstract

The invention provides a tunnel surrounding rock stability quantitative analysis method and device. The method comprises the steps that parameter information of a tunnel is obtained; wherein the parameter information of the tunnel comprises the size, the central buried depth and the geometrical shape of the excavated section and the physical and mechanical parameters of the surrounding rock of thetunnel; calculating a critical stable section by using the obtained parameter information, wherein the critical stable section is the maximum section which has the same burial depth as the center ofthe excavated section, is similar to the geometrical shape and can self-stabilize the surrounding rock of the tunnel in a support-free state; if the size of the excavated section is greater than thatof the critical stable section, determining that the tunnel surrounding rock needs to be supported; if the size of the excavation section is not larger than that of the critical stable section, calculating the safety coefficient when surrounding rock in the critical stable section serves as a supporting structure, and determining whether the tunnel surrounding rock needs supporting or not according to the safety coefficient obtained through calculation; and if it is determined that supporting is needed, calculating the magnitude of supporting force. By applying the embodiment of the invention,the reliability of stability analysis of the tunnel surrounding rock is improved.
