Abstract

A system and method for delivering content using remaining capacity includes an intermediary device having a content storage device, a user device in communication with the intermediary device, and a communication system provider delivering content to the intermediary device. The intermediary device stores the content in the content storage device. The user device requests content from the content store. In response to a request, the intermediary device transmits content from the content storage device to the user device in real time.
