According to the control method, under the condition that the air conditioner enters the bypass defrosting mode, the liquid inlet refrigerant of the outdoor heat exchanger is heated according to the difference condition of the liquid inlet temperature and the liquid outlet temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger, so that the refrigerant flowing into the outdoor heat exchanger can be heated to a higher temperature, and the problem that the defrosting capacity of the air conditioner is reduced over time due to the operation of the bypass defrosting mode is reduced.
