Abstract

The invention discloses tin removal liquid and a method for recycling tin. The tin removal liquid comprises 50-340 g/L of an electrolyte, 5-200 g/L of tin salt, 1-40 g/L of an antioxidant, a stabilizer and a dispersing agent, wherein the total content of the stabilizer and the dispersing agent is 1-50 g/L. The electrolyte comprises at least one kind of sulfuric acid and methanesulfonic acid. The tin removal liquid does not contain nitric acid or contains a small amount of nitric acid, therefore, the reaction process is gentle, no much heat is generated, basically no gas is emitted, and therefore, the environmental pollution is lowered. Besides, since tin can be recycled through the tin removal liquid in the tin removal process, the running cost is lowered, and the energy consumption is reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of removing metal plating. Specifically, the invention relates to a tin stripping solution and a method for recovering tin. Background technique [0002] Printed Circuit Board (PCB) is one of the important parts of the electronics industry and is the support of electronic components. Generally, the process of manufacturing printed circuit boards includes double-sided copper cladding → mechanical processing → copper sinking → film pasting → electroplating copper → electrotin plating → etching → stripping tin → processing. In order to protect the conductive pattern from being damaged by corrosion during the alkaline etching process, an anti-corrosion metal tin is usually electroplated on the conductive pattern. After the etching is completed, the anti-corrosion metal tin is removed. [0003] Generally, tin stripping solutions can be divided into three types according to their main components: fluoride type,...
