Problems solved by technology

[0005] The purpose of this application is to provide a log downloading method, device, node, NAS storage system and readable storage medium for a NAS storage system, so as to solve the problem that it takes a long time to perform log playback when the NAS storage system remounts the XFS file system operations, resulting in poor business continuity issues

Embodiment 1

[0041] The following is an introduction to Embodiment 1 of a method for brushing logs of a NAS storage system provided by the present application, see figure 1 , embodiment one includes:

[0042] S101. Monitor the operating frequency of the metadata operation on the target node, wherein the target node is a node in the NAS storage system with the XFS log file system mounted;

[0043] S102. If the operating frequency exceeds the first threshold, determine that the IO type of the XFS log file system is metadata-intensive, and set the refresh frequency of the log file as the second threshold;

[0044] S103. If the operating frequency does not exceed the first threshold, determine that the IO type of the XFS log file system is non-metadata-intensive, and set the refresh frequency of log files to a third threshold, wherein the the second threshold is greater than the third threshold;

[0045] S104. When the target node fails, select a new target node from the non-target nodes of ...

Embodiment 2

[0055] Specifically, this embodiment takes the NAS storage system with only two nodes as an example to describe the log flushing process of the NAS storage system. The two nodes are respectively: a target node and a peer node of the target node. see figure 2 , embodiment two specifically includes:

[0056] S201. Determine the first threshold, the second threshold, and the third threshold according to the resource occupation of the target node in the current period;

[0057] As a specific implementation manner, the above-mentioned second threshold may be to flush the log file to the disk every 5s, and the above-mentioned third threshold may be to flush the log file to the disk every 5 minutes.

[0058] S202. Monitor the operating frequency of metadata operations on the target node at preset intervals, the metadata operations include file creation operations and file deletion operations, wherein the target node is an XFS log file system mounted in a NAS storage system the nod...

Abstract

The invention discloses a log brushing-down method of an NAS storage system, which can automatically adjust the brushing-down frequency of a log file according to the IO condition of a file system, reduce the brushing-down frequency for metadata-intensive IO, and shorten the log playback time when the file system is mounted again. For non-metadata intensive IO, the refreshing frequency is improved, and the normal read-write performance of a file system is improved. Therefore, on the premise of guaranteeing the file system performance under general IO, the problem of slow mounting caused by long log playback time of the file system during single-point failure can be effectively solved, and the service continuity is effectively guaranteed. In addition, the invention further provides a log refreshing device of the NAS storage system, a node, the NAS storage system and a readable storage medium, and the technical effect of the log refreshing device corresponds to the technical effect of the method.

Description

technical field [0001] The present application relates to the field of computer technology, and in particular to a method, device, node, NAS storage system and readable storage medium for logging down a NAS storage system. Background technique [0002] File systems are widely used in storage systems. Traditional file systems include local file systems ext3, ext4, XFS, Btrfs, and cluster file systems GFS. Among them, XFS is a high-performance log file system that is good at handling large files while providing smooth data transmission. [0003] When the XFS file system is applied to a NAS storage device, in order to ensure single-point failure redundancy, the XFS file system on a node will switch to another node when a node fails, that is, the XFS file system will be remounted on another node . When the XFS file system is remounted, the log playback operation will be performed. If there are metadata-intensive operations on the file system when a failure occurs, a large num...
