Abstract

This application discloses a log downloading method of a NAS storage system, which can automatically adjust the log file downloading frequency according to the IO situation of the file system. For metadata-intensive IO, the downloading frequency is reduced, and the file system remounting is shortened. When the log playback time; for non-metadata-intensive IO, increase the refresh frequency to improve the normal read and write performance of the file system. Therefore, on the premise of ensuring the performance of the file system under general IO, it can effectively solve the slow mount problem caused by the long playback time of the file system log when a single point of failure occurs, effectively ensuring business continuity.
