The circuit comprises a first analog resistor, a second analog resistor, a first resistor, a second resistor, a third resistor, afourth resistor, a fifth resistor, a first switch, a second switch, a fourth switch, a first capacitor, a second capacitor, a subtraction circuit, an AD detection circuit and a detection device. Thefirst analog resistor is connected with the first capacitor, the first resistor and the vehicle-mounted battery pack, the first analog resistor is connected with the second analog resistor, and the first analog resistor is further grounded; the second analog resistor is respectively connected with the vehicle-mounted battery pack, the second resistor and the second capacitor; the first resistor isconnected with the first switch; the first switch is connected with the second switch and the subtraction circuit; the subtraction circuit is connected with the detection device through a fifth resistor, and the subtraction circuit is also connected with a third resistor and a fourth resistor; the third resistor is grounded; the fourth resistor is connected with a reference voltage input end; thesubtraction circuit is connected with the AD detection circuit.
