Therefore, the perception difference of different crowds to the four attributes can be considered; wherein the perception attribute difference and the option difference respectively comprise an absolute effect, a relative effect and symmetry, and finally loading the perception attribute difference and the option difference into the multi-mode road network to form static user balance under a specific condition, so as toobtain the average traffic flow of the multi-mode road network in different time periods under the specific condition, and identify the change condition of the travel mode between the time periods. Through the model, the corresponding group data is analyzed, the MaaS platform can manage the path of people according to the perception difference of the users, then the traffic condition on the road surface is indirectly influenced, and the distribution and management of traffic resources can be better carried out, so that the utilization rate of the resources is improved.
