Abstract

The invention provides a harmony-degree-based standard influence evaluation method and system. The method comprises the following steps: collecting a plurality of organizations and set standards thereof; taking one organization as an evaluation object, obtaining a plurality of other organizations having a use relationship with the evaluation object, the standards in the evaluation object being a first standard, and the standards in the other organizations being a second standard; setting an influence index; dividing the influence indexes into a plurality of evaluation levels; determining the membership degree of each index at each evaluation level; determining the harmony degree of each index at each evaluation level according to the membership degree of each index at each evaluation level; determining the weight of each index according to the amount of information contained in each index; obtaining the harmony degree of each evaluation level through the weight sum of each index and the harmony degree combination of each index; and combining the plurality of evaluation levels and harmony degrees to obtain a score of one other organization influencing the evaluation object. The method and the system objectively evaluate the degree of standard influence of other organizations on the evaluation object.
