The system comprises a plurality of base stations which are in wired connection in sequence; a ZigBee communication module which comprises a coordinator and a plurality of mobile terminals, wherein the coordinator is connected with the monitoring host, the mobile terminals comprise a parameter monitoring terminal and a carrying terminal, the parameter monitoring terminal is connected with monitored equipment and used for monitoring working parameters of the equipment, the carrying terminal is carried by miners, the mobile terminal is used for communication between a miner and a monitoring host, and a communication channel is established between the mobile terminal and the coordinator through the base station. According to the invention, underground working information and distress information can be sent to the monitoring center, and underground communication with the monitoring center is realized.
