The embodiment of the invention provides a middle frame, electronic equipment and an assembling method thereof, wherein the middle frame comprises a frame body, a first seat body and a second seat body, and the two side faces of the frame body are arranged to be arc-shaped faces bent in the thickness direction of the frame body; the first seat body is connected with one end of the frame body, and the first seat body protrudes out of the frame body on at least part of the outer periphery of one end of the frame body; the second seat body is connected with the other end of the frame body, and the second seat body protrudes out of the frame body on at least part of the outer periphery of the other end of the frame body; and the middle frame is disconnected on the frame body to form at least two split frame bodies, and the at least two frame bodies can be fixedly connected into a whole.
