Embodiment Construction

[0019] DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

[0020] While this invention is susceptible to being embodied in many forms, and the embodiments illustrated herein are presently preferred, it should be recognized that this patent disclosure is merely exemplary of the invention, which is not limited to the described invention. Specific implementation plan.

[0021] figure 1 A diaper with a three-section TLZ in a preferred embodiment of the present invention is shown. The diaper 10 includes opposed front and rear waist portions 20,30. The front and rear waist portions 20, 30 together define a waist opening when the diaper is on the wearer. A crotch portion 40 is formed between the front and rear waist portions 20 , 30 . A pair of leg elastic members 50 are distributed substantially along the entire length of the leg crotch portion 40 and adjacent to the leg opening 22 . Although the leg elastic members 50 are shown generally conforming to the contour of the leg ope...

Abstract

The present invention provides a three-section adhesive tape sticking zone TLZ (80), so that the adhesive tape strip (70) can be repeatedly fixed and torn off when inspecting a diaper (10). The three-section TLZ (80) is located at the front waist (20) of the diaper (10). The middle TLZ sheet (80) is between and/or above or below the edges of the two outer TLZ sheets (82, 84). The release performance of the middle TLZ sheet (80) is different from that of the two outer TLZ sheets (82, 84), so that the tape strip (70) cannot be firmly adhered to the middle TLZ sheet (81). This design ensures that the tape strips (70) are properly adhered to the outer end TLZ pieces (82, 84).

Description

Background of the invention [0001] 1. Technical field of the present invention [0002] Generally, the present invention relates to absorbent garments, and more particularly to fastening systems for absorbent garments having a cloth-like nonwoven outer layer. [0003] 2. Description of existing technology [0004] Disposable absorbent garments are well known in the art. Typically, these garments include a moisture barrier backsheet, an absorbent pad, and a liner layer that contacts the wearer's skin. In addition, the garment is provided with elastic regions at the edges for securing it to the waist and legs of the wearer. Typically, the diaper also includes opposed front and rear waist portions defining the waist opening, a leg crotch portion therebetween, and a pair of elastically contractible leg openings along the edges of the leg crotch portion. Disposable diapers disclosed in US Patent No. 4,050,462 and US Patent No. 5,092,861 have elasticized edges that surround the ...
