Embodiment Construction

[0013] Use the following Figure 1 to Figure 6 to describe an embodiment of the present invention.

[0014] figure 1 It is a front view of the electric vacuum cleaner of this invention. The vacuum cleaner is provided with: a suction head 1 located below for sucking dust on the ground; a vacuum cleaner main body 18 with an electric fan 3 that generates a dust suction airflow inside; The handle part 2 with the handle; the dust collecting unit 4 which is installed on the main body 18 of the vacuum cleaner in a freely detachable manner and is used to capture (the meaning of capturing, collecting, the same below) dust; The suction passage of the dust unit 4 and the suction head 1 is used, and the hose 5 is fixed on the handle part 2 . In addition, the main body 18 of the vacuum cleaner is also provided with an exhaust hole (not shown in the figure) for discharging the exhaust gas generated by the electric fan 3 .

Abstract

An electric vacuum cleaner includes an inlet port through which a suctioned air stream including dirt particles pass and a centrifugal separation member having a substantially circular space therein. The centrifugal separation member has a swirl portion to swirl the dust-laden suction air stream along an inner surface of the centrifugal separation member. By forming swirl passageway between the swirl portion and the inner surface of the centrifugal separation member, the high velocity swirling air stream can be made and consequently an efficiency of separating the dirt particles from the suction air and collecting the dirt particles can be improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a dust collecting structure of an electric vacuum cleaner. Background technique [0002] First pass the following Figure 7 The structure in the conventional electric vacuum cleaner is demonstrated. Such a vacuum cleaner is provided with a bottomed dust collecting chamber 31, and a side wall of the dust collecting chamber 31 is provided with a suction port 32 for inhaling air in the tangential direction. A cover body 34 is provided on the upper end opening 33 of the dust collecting chamber 31 , and an exhaust port 35 is provided on the cover body 34 . A filter screen 36 is also mounted on the upper end opening 33 of the dust collecting chamber 31 . When the electric fan 37 is working, the dust is sucked from the suction head 38, sucked into the dust collecting chamber 31 from the suction port 32, centrifuged in the dust collecting chamber 31, and the exhaust gas is discharged from the exhaust port 35 after passing through the...
