The invention relates to an electric shaving appliance (1) comprising a housing (2), a shaving head (4) that can be pivoted in relation to the housing (2) and is provided with at least one shaving system, and an electric drive (7) for driving at least one component (20, 21) of the shaving system. Said drive (7) comprises a fixed stator (8) and at least one rotor (9) that can be displaced in relation to the stator (8).
