Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a glass article and a technology of a device for manufacturing a glass article for implementing the method. Background Art
[0002] Conventionally, there is known a method for manufacturing a glass article, which includes a cleaning step of spraying cleaning water onto a formed glass article on the downstream side of a manufacturing step of the glass article to remove cuttings, dust, oil film, etc. attached to the glass article.
[0003] In addition, in order to reduce the amount of new cleaning liquid supplied in the above-mentioned cleaning step, it is common to temporarily recover the used cleaning liquid and then reuse it by spraying the recovered cleaning liquid onto the glass article again.
[0004] Furthermore, as an example of an apparatus for implementing such a cleaning process, for example, Patent Document 1 discloses a cleaning apparatus comprising: a sprayer (equivalent to a cleaning machine) that sprays cleaning water onto a glass article; a cleaning chamber (equivalent to a liquid collecting chute) that collects the sprayed used cleaning liquid; a storage tank that recovers and temporarily stores the cleaning liquid collected at the bottom of the cleaning chamber; and a piping member that connects the sprayer, the cleaning chamber, and the storage tank in a manner that allows the cleaning liquid to circulate.

[0008] Problems to be solved by the invention
[0009] In the above-mentioned cleaning apparatus, the temperature of the cleaning water reaches, for example, about 30° C. because the cleaning water is reused.
[0010] Furthermore, when the storage tank is configured in a substantially rectangular box shape, for example, the flow of the cleaning liquid recovered in the storage tank is likely to stagnate at a corner portion (corner portion) in the storage tank.
[0011] Therefore, bacteria are easily generated at the corners in the storage tank.
[0012] The bacteria generated in the storage tank are then circulated in the cleaning device together with the cleaning water. As a result, the cleaning liquid contaminated by the bacteria is sprayed onto the glass objects. In this case, the bacteria adhere to the glass objects and generate dirt, etc., which becomes a factor that causes poor cleaning of the glass objects.
[0013] The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned current problems, and aims to provide a method and apparatus for manufacturing glass articles that can prevent the generation of bacteria in the cleaning liquid and obtain high-quality glass articles even when reused cleaning water is used.
[0014] Solutions to Solve Problems
[0015] The problems to be solved by the present invention are as described above, and means for solving the problems will be described below.
[0016] That is, the manufacturing method of the glass article of the present invention is characterized in that the manufacturing method of the glass article includes: a first step of washing the glass article with washing water; a second step of recovering the washing water used in the first step in the storage tank through an inlet flowing into the interior of the storage tank; and a third step of causing the washing water recovered in the second step to flow out of the storage tank through an outflow port flowing from the interior of the storage tank to the outside and to be used again in the first step, wherein the washing liquid recovered in the storage tank is caused to flow in the storage tank.
[0017] In addition, the manufacturing device of glass articles of the present invention comprises: a cleaning machine that uses cleaning water to clean glass articles; a storage tank that stores the cleaning water used by the cleaning machine; and a storage device that has an inlet for allowing the cleaning water used by the cleaning machine to flow into the storage tank and an outlet for supplying the cleaning water from the storage tank to the cleaning machine. The manufacturing device of glass articles is characterized in that the storage tank has a flow mechanism for allowing the cleaning liquid recovered to the storage tank to flow.
[0018] According to the manufacturing method and the manufacturing device of the glass article of the present invention, the washing water is not retained in the storage tank but is always allowed to flow, so that the generation of bacteria can be prevented before it occurs without using chemicals or ultraviolet rays (UV) for sterilization.
[0019] Therefore, the reused washing water can be kept clean.
[0020] As a result, the glass article can be fully cleaned and a high-quality glass article can be obtained.
[0021] In addition, in the manufacturing method and manufacturing device of the glass article of the present invention, it is preferred that the storage tank has a partition plate, which is a component that divides the interior of the storage tank and is arranged between the inlet and the outlet, and a gap is formed between the lower end of the partition plate and the bottom surface of the storage tank.
[0022] By having such a structure as a flow mechanism, even in a structure where the flow of cleaning water recovered at the four corners of the bottom surface is easily retained, such as a rectangular box-shaped storage tank, the cleaning water can be forcibly flushed away through the gap formed between the bottom surface and the partition plate using the Venturi effect.
[0023] As a result, it is possible to prevent the flow of the recovered washing water from stagnating and allow the washing water to flow reliably.
[0024] In the method and apparatus for manufacturing a glass article of the present invention, it is preferable that the storage tank is configured in a cylindrical shape with the axial direction being the up-and-down direction.
[0025] With such a structure, the flow of the washing water flowing into the storage tank is not blocked and stagnated at the corner of the bottom surface.
[0026] Therefore, the washing water can be made to flow more reliably along the curved side wall.
[0027] Moreover, in the manufacturing method and manufacturing apparatus of the glass article of the present invention, it is preferable that the storage tank has a stirring mechanism for stirring the recovered washing water.
[0028] By providing such a structure as a flow mechanism, the washing water flowing into the storage tank is forcibly stirred by the stirring mechanism.
[0029] As a result, it is possible to more reliably prevent the flow of the recovered washing water from stagnating and allow the washing water to flow.
[0030] In the method and apparatus for manufacturing a glass article of the present invention, it is preferred that the inlet port is provided on a side wall or a ceiling wall of the storage tank, and the outlet port is provided on a bottom wall of the storage tank.
[0031] By providing such a structure as the flow mechanism, when the washing water is recovered in the storage tank, the washing water flowing in from the inlet flows toward the outflow port located in the bottom wall while being given momentum by falling due to its own weight.
[0032] As a result, it is possible to prevent the flow of the recovered washing water from stagnating and allow the washing water to flow more reliably.
[0033] In the method and apparatus for manufacturing a glass article of the present invention, it is preferable that the height of the liquid level of the recovered washing water is maintained at a lower side of the inlet in the storage tank.
[0034] By providing such a structure as the flow mechanism, when the washing water is recovered in the storage tank, the liquid surface of the recovered washing water is always impacted by the washing water falling from the inlet.
[0035] As a result, it is possible to prevent the flow of the recovered washing water from stagnating and allow the washing water to flow more reliably.
[0036] In addition, in the manufacturing method and manufacturing device of the glass article of the present invention, it is preferred that the manufacturing method and manufacturing device are provided with: a suction pump, which sucks the recovered cleaning water through the outflow port and makes the cleaning water flow out; and a return side inlet, which makes a part of the cleaning water flow from the suction pump into the storage tank again, as a flow mechanism for making the recovered cleaning liquid flow, and also has a return side partition plate arranged between the return side inlet and the outflow port, and a gap is formed between the lower end portion of the return side partition plate and the bottom surface of the storage tank.
[0037] By providing such a structure as a flow mechanism, even the washing water recovered from the suction pump to the storage tank can be forcibly flushed away by the Venturi effect through the gap formed between the bottom surface of the storage tank and the return-side partition plate.
[0038] Therefore, it is possible to prevent the flow of the recovered washing water from stagnating and allow the washing water to flow more reliably.
[0039] In the method and apparatus for producing a glass article of the present invention, it is preferable that the temperature of the washing water be set to 10° C. or higher and 50° C. or lower.
[0040] Even when using washing water maintained in such a temperature range suitable for the growth of bacteria, the washing water can be kept clean.
[0041] As a result, the glass article can be fully cleaned and a high-quality glass article can be obtained.
[0042] In the method and apparatus for producing a glass article of the present invention, it is preferable that the hydrogen ion index of the washing water is set to pH 7 or higher.
[0043] With such a structure, the washing water itself can have a sterilizing function, thereby more reliably preventing the generation of bacteria.
[0044] As a result, the glass article can be fully cleaned and a higher quality glass article can be obtained.
[0045] Furthermore, in the method and apparatus for manufacturing a glass article of the present invention, it is preferable that, in the third step, the washing water flowing out of the storage tank is filtered by a filter.
[0046] By having such a structure, not only bacteria but also cuttings, dust, oil film, etc. attached to the glass article can be filtered out from the cleaning liquid by the filter.
[0047] Therefore, the reused washing water can be kept clean.
[0048] As a result, the glass article can be fully cleaned and a higher quality glass article can be obtained.
[0049] Effects of the Invention
[0050] The present invention has the following effects.
[0051] That is, according to the manufacturing method and the manufacturing apparatus of the glass article of the present invention, even when the reused washing water is used, the generation of bacteria in the washing water can be prevented, and a high-quality glass article can be obtained. [0054] Figure 3 This is a schematic cross-sectional view showing the overall structure of a glass article manufacturing apparatus according to another embodiment of the present invention. DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0055] Next, use Figures 1 to 3 An embodiment of the present invention will be described.
[0056] It should be noted that in the following description, for convenience, Figure 2 The conveyance direction of the glass article G is defined by the direction of the arrow A shown in FIG.
[0057] In addition, using Figure 2 The directions of the arrows shown in the figure respectively define the front-rear direction, the left-right direction, and the up-down direction of the storage tank 30 .
[0058] [Method of manufacturing glass products]
[0059] First, use Figure 1 as well as Figure 2 The method for producing the glass article in this embodiment will be described.
[0060] The method for producing a glass article is, for example, a method for producing a glass article G made of plate glass or the like.
[0061] The method for manufacturing a glass article includes a cleaning step S01 of cleaning the glass article G with reused cleaning water W at a downstream side of a manufacturing step of the glass article G to remove cuttings, dust, oil film, etc. attached to the glass article G.
[0062] Note that, as a pre-process of the cleaning process S01, for example, a cutting process of cutting a glass plate of a desired size from a glass original plate by a cutting device and a processing process of processing the end surface of the cut glass plate by a grinding stone of a processing device may be included.
[0063] Further, as post-processes of the cleaning process S01, a drying process of drying the cleaned glass plate by a drying device, an inspection process of inspecting the glass plate after the drying process by an inspection device, and a packing process of packing the glass plate after the inspection process by a packing device may be included.
[0064] Here, the glass article G to be used as the object of the present manufacturing method is not limited to plate glass, and may be in any shape as long as it is a glass article such as tube glass that is subjected to the cleaning step S01 using the reused cleaning liquid W.
[0065] The cleaning process S01 mainly includes: a first process S11, using cleaning water W to clean the glass article G; a second process S12, recovering the cleaning water W used in the first process S11 into the storage tank 30; and a third process S13, allowing the cleaning water W recovered in the second process S12 to flow out of the storage tank 30 and be used again in the first process S11. The cleaning process S01 is implemented by the cleaning device 1.
[0066] Here, as described later, the storage tank 30 communicates with a tank-side inlet 41 b for allowing the washing water W to flow into the storage tank 30 and a tank-side outlet 42 a for allowing the washing water W to flow out from the storage tank 30 .
[0067] Then, the washing water W recovered into the storage tank 30 through the storage tank side inlet 41 b in the second step S12 flows out of the storage tank 30 through the storage tank side outlet 42 a in the third step S13 .
[0068] Furthermore, the cleaning liquid W once recovered in the storage tank 30 is forcibly made to flow by the flow mechanism 31 constituted by the first partition plate 31 a and the second partition plate 31 b .
[0069] With such a structure, for example, even when the storage tank 30 is formed in a substantially rectangular box shape, the washing water W does not accumulate in the four corners of the storage tank 30, and the generation of bacteria can be prevented in advance.
[0070] Therefore, even without using chemicals or ultraviolet rays (UV) for sterilization, the reused washing water W can be kept clean by repeating the first step S11 , the second step S12 , and the third step S13 in sequence.
[0071] Therefore, the glass article G can be sufficiently cleaned and a high-quality glass article G can be obtained.
[0072] The washing water W used is not particularly limited, but in the present embodiment, it is preferable to use neutral or alkaline pure water whose hydrogen ion index is set to pH 7 or higher.
[0073] As the alkaline pure water, for example, pure water having a pH of 9 or more and 13 or less is preferable. The washing water W may contain a detergent or the like.
[0074] By using such washing water W, the washing water W itself can have a sterilizing function, thereby more reliably preventing the generation of bacteria.
[0075] Therefore, the glass article G can be sufficiently cleaned and a glass article G of higher quality can be obtained.
[0076] In addition, the temperature of the washing water W naturally increases due to reuse, but in the present embodiment, at least the temperature of the washing water W is set to 10° C. or higher and 50° C. or lower.
[0077] Even when using the washing water W maintained in such a temperature range suitable for the growth of bacteria, the washing water W can be kept clean.
[0078] Therefore, the glass article G can be sufficiently cleaned and a high-quality glass article G can be obtained.
[0079] [Structure of Glass Product Manufacturing Apparatus 100]
[0080] Next, use Figure 2 The manufacturing apparatus 100 of the glass article in this embodiment will be described.
[0081] The glass product manufacturing device 100 is a device that manufactures a glass product G made of, for example, plate glass.
[0082] The manufacturing apparatus 100 of a glass article includes the cleaning apparatus 1 that performs the cleaning step S01 on the downstream side of the manufacturing step of the glass article G as described above.
[0083] It should be noted that the manufacturing device 100 may include the aforementioned cutting device, processing device, drying device, inspection device, packaging device, etc. as necessary.
[0084] The cleaning device 1 mainly includes a cleaning machine 10, a liquid collecting trough 20, a storage tank 30 and a storage device 40, and the cleaning device 1 is a device that uses a cleaning liquid W circulated between the cleaning machine 10, the liquid collecting trough 20 and the storage tank 30 to clean glass objects G and remove shavings, dust, oil film, etc. attached to the glass objects G.
[0085] The cleaning machine 10 uses the cleaning water W to clean the glass article G.
[0086] The structure of the cleaning machine 10 is not particularly limited, but for example, in the present embodiment, the cleaning machine 10 is composed of a spray device having a plurality of spray nozzles 11, 11, . . . .
[0087] In addition, a plurality of spray nozzles 11, 11 ... are arranged directly above the glass article G being conveyed along the conveying direction ( Figure 2 The plurality of electrodes are arranged at equal intervals (in the direction of arrow A in FIG. 1 ).
[0088] In addition, the glass article G is conveyed by a conveying conveyor which is not shown in figure.
[0089] Then, the formed glass article G (plate glass) is conveyed in a horizontal posture in the conveying direction and passes through the plurality of spray nozzles 11 , 11 . . . . .
[0090] At this time, the cleaning water W sprayed from the plurality of spray nozzles 11, 11, ... is sprayed onto the glass article G.
[0091] Thereby, the glass article G is cleaned by the cleaning water W sprayed from the cleaning machine 10 (first step S11 ).
[0092] It should be noted that the cleaning method of the cleaning machine 10 is not limited to spray cleaning, and sliding cleaning may also be used.
[0093] When slide cleaning is adopted, the cleaning machine 10 is provided with a cleaning tool, and a cleaning disk, a cleaning roller, and a cleaning brush can be used as the cleaning tool.
[0094] In this case, the washing water W is supplied to the washing tool and / or the glass article G.
[0095] The cleaning machine 10 may clean one main surface of the plate glass as the glass article G, or may clean both main surfaces of the plate glass at the same time.
[0096] When both main surfaces are cleaned simultaneously, the shower nozzle 11 and the cleaning tool are arranged on the upper side and the lower side so as to sandwich the plate glass.
[0097] A plurality of cleaning machines 10 may be installed in one glass article manufacturing apparatus 100 .
[0098] In this case, a plurality of cleaning machines 10, 10, ... are arranged adjacent to each other along the above-mentioned conveying direction.
[0099] The liquid collecting channel 20 is used to collect the washing water W used in washing the glass article G.
[0100] The liquid collecting chute 20 is disposed directly below the cleaning machine 10 , and a conveying path (not shown) for conveying the glass articles G is provided above the liquid collecting chute 20 and below the cleaning machine 10 .
[0101] Then, as the glass article G is conveyed along the conveyance path, the cleaning liquid W is sprayed toward the glass article G from the cleaning machine 10 (more specifically, the spray nozzle 11 ).
[0102] Thereafter, the cleaning liquid W used in cleaning the glass article G is collected in the liquid collection channel 20 .
[0103] The storage tank 30 recovers the washing water W used by the cleaning machine 10 and temporarily stores it.
[0104] The storage tank 30 is configured in a substantially rectangular box shape, for example, in the present embodiment, and a storage tank side inlet 41 b as an example of an inlet in the present invention is provided at the upper portion of the storage tank 30 (the ceiling wall 30 a in the present embodiment).
[0105] Furthermore, a storage tank side outflow port 42 a as an example of an outflow port in the present invention is provided at a lower portion (the bottom wall 30 b in the present embodiment) of the storage tank 30 .
[0106] Then, the cleaning liquid W collected in the liquid collecting gutter 20 is supplied (flows into) the storage tank 30 through the storage tank side inlet 41 b.
[0107] Thus, the washing water W used by the cleaning machine 10 is temporarily recovered (stored) in the storage tank 30 (second step S12).
[0108] In addition, the cleaning liquid W temporarily recovered in the storage tank 30 is discharged (flowed out) from the storage tank 10 through the storage tank side outflow port 42a, and then sent (supplied) to the spray nozzle 11 of the cleaning machine 10 again by the storage device 40 described later, and used in the cleaning of the glass article G (third step S13).
[0109] The storage tank 30 has a structure in which a flow mechanism 31 including a first partition plate 31 a and a second partition plate 31 b is provided inside the storage tank 30 , and the cleaning liquid W recovered inside the storage tank 30 is forced to flow by the flow mechanism 31 .
[0110] It should be noted that the details of the structure of the flow mechanism 31 will be described later.
[0111] The storage device 40 circulates the cleaning liquid W between the cleaning machine 10 , the liquid collecting chute 20 , and the storage tank 30 , and temporarily stores the cleaning water W used by the cleaning machine 10 in the storage tank 30 .
[0112] The storage device 40 includes a first piping component 41 that forms a flow path from the liquid collecting duct 20 to the storage tank 30, a second piping component 42 that forms a flow path from the storage tank 30 to the cleaning machine 10, a suction pump 43 and a filtering device 44 arranged on the second piping component 42, and a third piping component 45 that forms a flow path from the suction pump 43 to the storage tank 30.
[0113] The first pipe member 41 is connected to the bottom wall 20 a of the liquid collecting chute 20 at one end and to the upper portion (ceiling wall 30 a ) of the storage tank 30 at the other end, thereby connecting the liquid collecting chute 20 and the storage tank 30 .
[0114] Thus, one end portion of the first pipe member 41 constitutes a liquid collecting gutter side outflow port 41 a for allowing the cleaning water W used by the cleaning machine 10 to flow out of the liquid collecting gutter 20 .
[0115] The other end of the first pipe member 41 forms a tank-side inlet 41 b that allows the cleaning water W used by the cleaning machine 10 to flow into the storage tank 30 .
[0116] It should be noted that, in the storage tank 30 , the position to which the other end of the first pipe member 41 is connected is not limited to the present embodiment, and may be the side wall 30 c of the storage tank 30 .
[0117] On the other hand, the second pipe member 42 is connected to the bottom wall 30 b of the storage tank 30 at one end and is connected to the plurality of spray nozzles 11 , 11 . . . in the cleaning machine 10 at the other end, thereby connecting the storage tank 30 and the cleaning machine 10 .
[0118] Thus, one end portion of the second pipe member 42 forms a tank-side outflow port 42 a that supplies the cleaning water W temporarily stored in the storage tank 30 from the storage tank 30 to the shower nozzle 11 of the cleaning machine 10 .
[0119] The other end of the second pipe member 42 constitutes a cleaning machine side inlet 42 b for allowing the cleaning water W used in the cleaning machine 10 to flow into the shower nozzle 11 of the cleaning machine 10 again.
[0120] Then, the cleaning liquid W in the storage tank 30 is forcibly discharged by a suction pump 43 described later and is supplied to the cleaning machine 10 through the second piping member 42 .
[0121] It should be noted that the structure is as follows: inside the storage tank 30, the storage tank side flow outlet 42a is covered by a dome-shaped mesh filter 50, for example, which is formed into a roughly hemispherical shape, and when the cleaning liquid W flows out of the storage tank 30, relatively large chips and the like remaining in the cleaning liquid W are removed from the cleaning liquid W.
[0122] Thus, in the present embodiment, the storage tank side inlet 41 b is provided on the top wall 30 a of the storage tank 30 , and the storage tank side outlet 42 a is provided on the bottom wall 30 b of the storage tank 30 .
[0123] Therefore, when washing water W is recovered in storage tank 30, washing water W flowing in from storage tank side inlet 41b flows toward storage tank side outlet 42a located at bottom wall 30b while being given momentum by falling due to its own weight.
[0124] Thus, in the present embodiment, it is possible to prevent the flow of the recovered washing water W from stagnating, and to allow the washing water W to flow more reliably.
[0125] In addition, in this embodiment, the height of the liquid level of the washing water W temporarily recovered and stored in the storage tank 30 is maintained so as to be always located below the storage tank side inlet 41b.
[0126] As a result, when the washing water W is recovered in the storage tank 30, the liquid surface of the recovered washing water W is constantly impacted by the washing water W dropped from the storage tank-side inlet 41b.
[0127] This prevents the flow of the recovered washing water W from stagnating, and allows the washing water W to flow more reliably.
[0128] The suction pump 43 sucks the cleaning water W recovered in the storage tank 30 through the storage tank side outflow port 42 a to make the cleaning water W flow out, and supplies the cleaning liquid W to the cleaning machine 10 again.
[0129] The suction pump 43 is disposed in the middle of the second piping member 42 and communicates with the second piping member 42 .
[0130] The suction pump 43 sucks the cleaning liquid W in the storage tank 30 and supplies the cleaning liquid W to the cleaning machine 10 through the second pipe member 42 .
[0131] The filter device 44 filters the washing water W to remove fine chips and the like that are difficult to be removed by the mesh filter 50 from the washing water W.
[0132] The filter device 44 is disposed at a midway portion of the second pipe member 42 on the downstream side in the flow direction of the washing water W with respect to the suction pump 43 .
[0133] Thus, in this embodiment, when the cleaning water W is sent from the storage tank 30 to the cleaning machine 10 through the second piping member 42 (third step), the cleaning water W flowing out of the storage tank 30 is filtered by a filter such as the mesh filter 50 or the filter device 44 .
[0134] With such a structure, not only bacteria but also cuttings, dust, oil film, etc. attached to the glass article G can be filtered out from the cleaning liquid W by the filter (the mesh filter 50 and the filter device 44) and removed.
[0135] Therefore, the reused washing water W can be kept clean.
[0136] Therefore, the glass article G can be sufficiently cleaned and a glass article G of higher quality can be obtained.
[0137] The third pipe member 45 is connected to a predetermined portion of the suction pump 43 at one end and to an upper portion (ceiling wall 30 a ) of the storage tank 30 at the other end, thereby connecting the suction pump 43 and the storage tank 30 .
[0138] Thus, the other end of the third piping member 45 constitutes a return-side inlet 45 a for allowing a part of the washing water W from the suction pump 43 to flow again into the storage tank 30 .
[0139] Furthermore, when the second pipe member 42 is unexpectedly clogged by chips, dust, etc., for example, a portion of the washing water W discharged from the suction pump 43 is returned to the storage tank 30 to prevent excessive load on the suction pump 43.
[0140] [Structure of the flow mechanism 31]
[0141] Next, use Figure 2 The structure of the flow mechanism 31 will be described.
[0142] As described above, the flow mechanism 31 is provided inside the storage tank 30 , and forces the cleaning liquid W recovered in the storage tank 30 to flow.
[0143] The flow mechanism 31 is mainly composed of a first partition plate 31 a and a second partition plate 31 b .
[0144] The first partition plate 31 a is an example of the partition plate of the present invention, and is a member that partitions the interior of the storage tank 30 .
[0145] The first partition plate 31a is disposed between the storage tank side inlet 41b and the storage tank side outlet 42a, for example, in a substantially upright state, and is fixed to a pair of side walls 30c, 30c (in the present embodiment, a pair of side walls 30c, 30c opposed in the front-rear direction) of the storage tank 30 via both side end portions (end portions on both front and rear sides).
[0146] In addition, the lower end of the first partition plate 31 a is separated from the bottom wall 30 b of the storage tank 30 , and a first gap d1 is formed between the lower end of the first partition plate 31 a and the bottom surface 30 b 1 of the storage tank 30 .
[0147] The cleaning liquid W flowing into the storage tank 30 through the storage tank side inlet 41 b always falls in the first space Q1 partitioned by the first partition plate 31 a and then flows toward the storage tank side outlet 42 a through the first gap d1 .
[0148] On the other hand, the second partition plate 31 b is an example of a return-side partition plate of the present invention, and is a member that partitions the interior of the storage tank 30 similarly to the first partition plate 31 a described above.
[0149] The second partition plate 31b is arranged between the return-side inlet 45a and the storage tank-side outlet 42a, for example, in a substantially upright state, and is fixed to a pair of side walls 30c, 30c (in the present embodiment, a pair of side walls 30c, 30c opposed in the front-rear direction) of the storage tank 30 via both side end portions (end portions on both front and rear sides).
[0150] In addition, the lower end of the second partition plate 31 b is separated from the bottom wall 30 b of the storage tank 30 , and a second gap d2 is formed between the lower end of the second partition plate 31 b and the bottom surface 30 b 1 of the storage tank 30 .
[0151] The cleaning liquid W flowing into the storage tank 30 through the return-side inlet 45a always falls in the second space Q2 partitioned by the second partition plate 31b, and then flows toward the storage tank-side outlet 42a through the second gap d2.
[0152] By providing the flow mechanism 31 having such a structure, the washing water W recovered in the storage tank 30 is forced to flow at all times regardless of the shape of the storage tank 30 .
[0153] That is, by providing the first partition plate 31a as described above, even in a rectangular box-shaped storage tank 30 in which the flow of the cleaning water W recovered at the four corners of the bottom surface 30b1 is easily retained, the cleaning water W can be forcibly flushed away by utilizing the Venturi effect through the first gap d1 formed between the bottom surface 30b1 and the first partition plate 31a.
[0154] Therefore, it is possible to prevent the flow of the recovered washing water W from stagnating and to allow the washing water W to flow reliably.
[0155] Furthermore, by providing the second partition plate 31b as described above, even the cleaning water W recovered from the suction pump 43 to the storage tank 30 can be forcibly flushed away by the Venturi effect through the second gap d2 formed between the bottom surface 30b1 of the storage tank 30 and the second partition plate 31b.
[0156] Therefore, it is possible to prevent the flow of the recovered washing water W from stagnating and allow the washing water W to flow more reliably.
[0157] In order to enhance the Venturi effect obtained via the first gap d1 of the first partition plate 31a and the second gap d2 of the second partition plate 31b, the gap in the height direction of the first gap d1 and the second gap d2 is preferably 2 mm or more, more preferably 5 mm or more, for example.
[0158] Furthermore, the gap in the height direction of the first gap d1 and the second gap d2 is preferably 50 mm or less, and more preferably 20 mm or less.
[0159] It should be noted that the structure of the flow mechanism 31 is not limited to this embodiment.
[0160] That is, the flow rate of the cleaning liquid W flowing into the storage tank 30 is much greater at the storage tank side inlet 42a than at the return side inlet 45a, so the flow mechanism 31 may be constituted by at least only the first partition plate 31a.
[0161] Furthermore, the height relationship between the first gap d1 and the second gap d2 may be adjusted according to the relationship between the flow rates of the cleaning liquid W from the return-side inlet 45a and the flow rates of the cleaning liquid W from the storage tank-side inlet 42a.
[0162] As described above, the manufacturing device 100 for glass articles in the present embodiment is a manufacturing device comprising: a cleaning machine 10 that uses cleaning water W to clean glass articles G; a storage tank 30 that stores the cleaning water W used by the cleaning machine 10; and a storage device 40 that has a storage tank side inlet 41b that allows the cleaning water W used by the cleaning machine 10 to flow into the storage tank 30 and a storage tank side outlet 42a that supplies the cleaning water W from the storage tank 30 to the cleaning machine 10.
[0163] Furthermore, the storage tank 30 is configured to include a flow mechanism 31 for flowing the cleaning liquid W recovered in the storage tank 30 .
[0164] With such a structure, for example, even when the storage tank 30 is formed in a substantially rectangular box shape, the washing water W does not accumulate at the four corners of the storage tank 30 and the washing water W can be allowed to flow at all times.
[0165] As a result, the generation of bacteria can be prevented before it occurs without using chemicals or ultraviolet (UV) sterilization.
[0166] Therefore, as described above, the washing water W reused by repeating the first step S11 , the second step S12 , and the third step S13 sequentially performed by the present manufacturing apparatus 100 can be kept clean.
[0167] Therefore, the glass article G can be sufficiently cleaned and a high-quality glass article G can be obtained.
[0168] [Structure of Glass Product Manufacturing Apparatus 200 and 300 (Other Embodiments)]
[0169] The above-described glass product manufacturing apparatus 100 may also have structures of other embodiments as described below.
[0170] That is, Figure 3 As shown in (a) of FIG. 1 , as a first alternative embodiment, the manufacturing apparatus 200 for a glass article may further include a stirrer 232 having a plurality of stirring wings 232 a , 232 a . . . as an example of a stirring mechanism.
[0171] The agitator 232 is provided, for example, at the center of the storage tank 230 in a plan view with the rotation shaft 232 b standing upright so as to be rotatable around the rotation shaft 232 b.
[0172] Then, the cleaning liquid W that has flowed into the storage tank 230 through the storage tank side inlet 241 b is stirred by the stirrer 232 , and flows toward the storage tank side outlet 242 a through the first gap d1 formed by the first partition plate 231 a .
[0173] The cleaning liquid W that has flowed into the storage tank 230 through the return-side inlet 245 a is stirred by the stirrer 232 , and flows toward the storage tank-side outlet 242 a through the second gap d2 formed by the second partition plate 231 b .
[0174] As described above, in the manufacturing apparatus 200 for a glass article according to the first alternative embodiment, the storage tank 230 is configured to include the stirrer 232 (stirring mechanism) for stirring the washing water W recovered in the storage tank 230 .
[0175] With such a structure, the washing water W flowing into the storage tank 230 is forcibly stirred by the stirrer 232 (stirring mechanism).
[0176] Therefore, it is possible to more reliably prevent the flow of the recovered washing water W from stagnating and allow the washing water W to flow.
[0177] It should be noted that in this other embodiment, the first partition plate 231a and the second partition plate 231b are respectively provided inside the storage tank 230, but it is not limited to this. At least one or both of the first partition plate 231a and the second partition plate 231b may not be provided.
[0178] In addition, if Figure 3 As shown in (b), as a second alternative embodiment, the glass article manufacturing apparatus 300 may be configured such that the storage tank 330 is configured in a cylindrical shape with the axial direction being the up-down direction.
[0179] It should be noted that, in this other embodiment, the agitator 332 (stirring mechanism) described above is further provided inside the storage tank 330 , but the present invention is not limited thereto, and the agitator 332 may not be provided.
[0180] In addition, in this other embodiment, the first partition plate 331a and the second partition plate 3231b are respectively provided inside the storage tank 330, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
[0181] At least one or both of the first partition plate 331 a and the second partition plate 331 b may not be provided.
[0182] Furthermore, in this other embodiment, the first partition plate 331 a and the second partition plate 3231 b and the stirrer 332 (stirring mechanism) are provided separately, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
[0183] At least one of the first partition plate 331 a , the second partition plate 331 , and the stirrer 332 may not be provided.
[0184] The cleaning fluid W flowing into the storage tank 330 through the storage tank side inlet 341 b is guided by the curved side wall 330 c of the storage tank 330 and flows toward the storage tank side outlet 342 a through the first gap d1 formed by the first partition plate 331 a .
[0185] The cleaning liquid W flowing into the storage tank 330 through the return-side inlet 345a is guided by the side wall 330c and flows toward the storage tank-side outlet 342a through the second gap d2 formed by the second partition plate 331b.
[0186] As described above, in the manufacturing apparatus 300 for a glass article according to the second alternative embodiment, the storage tank 330 is configured in a cylindrical shape with the axial direction being the up-down direction.
[0187] With such a structure, for example, as seen in the rectangular box-shaped storage tank 30 in the present embodiment described above, the flow of the washing water W flowing into the storage tank 30 is not blocked and stagnated at the four corners of the bottom surface 30b1.
[0188] Therefore, the flow of the recovered washing water W can be maintained along the curved side wall 330c, and the washing water W can be made to flow more reliably.
[0189] Above, an embodiment of the present invention is described, but the present invention is not limited to such an embodiment and is ultimately illustrative. Of course, it can be implemented in various ways without departing from the gist of the present invention. The scope of the present invention is represented by the description of the patent technical solution, and also includes the equivalent meanings recorded in the patent technical solution and all changes within the scope.
