Abstract

The invention relates to an intelligent metering warehousing system for metering equipment, which realizes data information identification of the metering equipment and a turnover box through an RFID (Radio Frequency Identification Device) and an image identification system, and timely updates the data information to a marketing informatization system, so that the purpose of consistency of accounts and objects of the warehousing system is realized. Through an automatic stocktaking task, vacancies in the three-dimensional warehouse turnover boxes are filled with corresponding measuring instruments, the proportion of storage goods allocation occupied by the residual boxes and the residual stacks is reduced, and the goods allocation utilization rate of a storage system is improved. Through the distribution and packaging task, the metering equipment in the storage area can be automatically transferred into the distribution turnover box from the three-dimensional warehouse turnover box and conveyed to the automatic loading area to be loaded for distribution. According to the warehousing system, the difficulty and tedious affairs of warehouse management are reduced, the labor cost is correspondingly saved, the working efficiency and accuracy are improved, automation of warehouse checking, residual box and residual stack arrangement and distribution and packaging technological processes is achieved, and the warehouse management level of a unit where an inventor is located is greatly improved.
