system (20) of the ribbon (N), comprising a clamping block (22) adapted to translate in a vertical direction (Z), orthogonal to the horizontal plane (X, Y) and provided with a first gripper (23) and a second gripper (24), wherein said
grippers (23, 24) are adapted to grasp and clamp a rigid guiding element (G, GA) provided at a first terminal end (N1) of the ribbon (N) and guide or lead it cyclically through the links (M) of the chain (C); and - a leading
system (30) of the ribbon (N), comprising two arms (32,33) arranged on opposite sides relative to the horizontal plane (X, Y) of the controlled advancement system (10) on which the chain (C) is laid, adapted to translate obliquely, and wherein each arm (32, 33) is provided with a finger-like end (P1, P2), adapted to engage with the ribbon (N) to make it slide and lead it so as to complete the
insertion of the ribbon (N) into the link (M) of the chain (C) after the passage of the rigid guiding element (G, GA).
