The heat treatment process for the crown casting of the large-sized hydraulic turbine comprises the following steps of heating: heating the crown from a room temperature to 250+ / -20 DEG C at a speed of 20 DEG C / h, heating the crown to 550+ / -20 DEG C, and preserving the heat of the crown at 550+ / -20 DEG C for W / 100 hours; heating the crown to 780+ / -20 DEG C at a speed of 30 DEG C / h and preserving the heat of the crown for 1.4xW / 100 hours; heating the crown to 1020+ / -10 DEG C at a speed of 50 DEG C / h and preserving the heat of the crown for 1.4xW / 100 hours; and blowing air to cool the crown to a temperature of less than 150 DEG C; and temper heat treatment: preserving the crown at 200+ / -20 DEG C for W / 100 hours; heating the crown to 400+ / -20 DEG C at a speed of 20 DEG C / h and preserving the crown for W / 100 hours; heating the crown to 600+ / -10 DEG C at a speed of 20 DEG C / h and preserving the crown for 3xW / 100 hours; and performing furnace cooling on the crown so as to cool the crown to a temperature of less than 150 DEG C at a speed of 30 DEG C / h. Through the adoption of the method, the stress of the crown in the heat treatment process is small, no crack is generated and overall performance requirements such as high strength and the like are satisfied.
