A structure of a micro-electro-mechanical systems (MEMS) electroacoustic transducer includes a substrate, a diaphragm, a silicon material layer, and a conductive pattern. The substrate includes an MEMS device region. The diaphragm has openings, and is disposed in the MEMS device region. A first cavity is formed between the diaphragm and the substrate. The silicon material layer is disposed on the diaphragm and seals the diaphragm. The conductive pattern is disposed beneath the diaphragm in the MEMS device region.

A process for continuously producing a polymer drag reducing agent (DRA) is described. The process concerns mixing a monomer and a catalyst in at least one continuously stirred tank reactor (CSTR) to form a mixture. The mixture is continuously injected into a volume continuously formed by a thermoplastic material, such as polyethylene. The thermoplastic material is periodically sealed off to form a temporary container or bag. The monomer is permitted to polymerize in the temporary container to form polymer. In one non-limiting embodiment, the polymerization in the bag takes place within an inert, circulating fluid that accelerates heat transfer. The polymer and the temporary container are then ground together, preferably at non-cryogenic temperatures, to produce a particulate polymer drag reducing agent. In one preferred, non-limiting embodiment, the grinding or pulverizing occurs in the presence of at least one solid organic grinding aid. Finally, the particulate polymer drag reducing agent may be combined with a dispersing fluid.

A flash memory applied in NAND and/or NOR flash memory has a silicon-oxide-nitride-oxide-silicon cell structure, uses channel-hot-electron injection as a write mechanism thereof to have a localized trapping characteristic, and uses hot-hole injection as an erase mechanism thereof. The flash memory uses an oxide-nitride-oxide structure to replace a floating gate, and thereby solves the problem of an entire leakage caused by a local leakage of the floating gate. A method for cleaning a processing chamber that includes heating an inner surface of the processing chamber to a first temperature. The first temperature can be sufficient to cause a first species to become volatile. The first species can be one of several species deposited on the inner surface. A method for preparing nanocomposite ZnO—SiO₂ fluorescent thin film by magnetron sputtering is proposed. ZnO is formed as nano-sized crystalline particles uniformly dispersed in the amorphous SiO₂ matrix after the sputtering. The photoluminescence (PL) revealed that the spectra consisted of three emission bands, violet, blue and green-yellow and the mixed light turns out to be white. By adjusting the ZnO doping concentration, the relative emission intensities of the three bands can be modulated so that white light with different color temperatures can be obtained.
