This waste-to-energy
incineration grab bucket, belonging to the field of waste
incineration technology, removes iron impurities before the waste enters the furnace. It includes a multi-lobed grab bucket body and a disc-type electromagnetic separator. The grab bucket body's
oil tank sidewall extends downwards to form an extension. An opening is made in the extension, which connects to the lifting lugs of the disc-type electromagnetic separator via a pin. A slot is formed on the pin, and the pin is fixed to the extension via the slot and a plate. The multi-lobed claws of the multi-lobed grab bucket body are made of non-magnetic stainless steel, and the pins of the multi-lobed claws and the extension on the grab bucket
oil tank are also made of stainless steel. An oil drain plug is installed on the sidewall of the grab bucket
oil tank. This invention adds a disc-type electromagnetic separator to the top of the grab bucket lobe core to suck out iron impurities from the waste, thereby reducing unburned
solid particles in the waste entering the furnace, improving the safe and stable
operation time of the mechanical grate furnace, and ensuring the operational profitability of the waste-to-energy
incineration plant.
