The incident light passes through two adjustable-double refractivity piezoelectric ceramic components, controlled by two modulation controllers, respectively, and connected through light path, to be converted into levorotatory or dextrogyrate circular polarizing light; or a collimating input coupling device is arranged in front of the first piezoelectric ceramic component and simultaneously, a collimating or focusing output coupling device is arranged behind the second one. The invention can provide electric field, magnetic field or pressure for the piezoelectric ceramics, which can change its own double refractivity by the action of the electric field, magnetic field or pressure, and thus, modulate the levorotatory and dextrogyrate circular polarizing lights, even the linear polarizing light, extremely convenient to detect chiral substances and improve the light injection efficiency of the spinning electronic devices.
