Abstract

The present invention discloses a noncontact power-transmission coil, portable terminal and terminal charging device. The noncontact power-transmission coil includes a planar coil and a printed-circuit board. The planar coil is formed by spirally winding a linear conductor made of a single or twisted wire in a substantially same plane. The printed-circuit board includes a first external connection terminal portion, a second external connection terminal portion, a first contact portion connected to an inner peripheral end of the spirally-wound linear conductor, a second contact portion connected to the outer peripheral end of the spirally-wound linear conductor, a first conductor pattern connecting the first contact portion to a first external connection terminal portion, and a second conductor pattern connecting the second contact portion to a second external connection terminal portion. One planar portion of the planar coil is attached on the surface of the flexible printed-circuit board.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a non-contact power transmission (power transmission) that utilizes electromagnetic induction to perform power transmission in a non-contact manner when charging a rechargeable battery contained in a small-sized, thin portable terminal such as a mobile phone unit. -transmission) coil. The present invention also relates to a terminal charging device and a portable terminal including such a non-contact power transmission coil. Background technique [0002] In the past, there has been known a system in which charging power for charging a rechargeable battery included in a portable terminal is transmitted by electromagnetic induction, for example, using a non-contact power transmission coil. [0003] Furthermore, Japanese Unexamined Patent Application Publication No. 2006-42519 ( figure 2 and image 3 ) discloses a planar coil mounted on a portable terminal desiring to be thin such as a mobile phone unit as a non-contact...
