The client comprises: a programming agent which is used for receiving business information and configured protocols; a protocol selector which is used for determining a used protocol according to the configured protocol; a protocol client which is used for adopting the determined protocol to realize the client proxy and transfer information comprising the business information. The server end comprises: a protocol server end which is used for adopting the determined protocol to realize the server end proxy and transfer the information comprising the business information; a business processor which is used for processing the received business information. A protocol-independent SOA business processing method is also provided. With the system adopted, services of SOA structure independent with protocol can be realized.
