Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of insulating and fireproof material engineering, in particular to a nontoxic halogen-free low-smoke macromolecular neoprene foaming material of which the fireproof grade reaches the international UL94V-O level, and a manufacturing technique thereof. The method comprises the following steps: taking 45 percent by weight of neoprene, 5 percent by weight of flame retardant, 15 percent by weight of carbon black as a strengthening agent, 15 percent by weight of CaCo3 as a filler, 10 percent by weight of paraffin oil as a softening agent, 3 percent by weight of foaming agent, 5 percent by weight of talcum powder and 2 percent by weight of silica; mixing the raw materials, extrusion molding, vulcanization foaming and shrinkproof treating so as to obtain the macromolecular neoprene foaming material conforming to the international standard of UL94V-O. The macromolecular neoprene foaming material can be used in various kinds of insulating and fireproof material engineering after being trimmed and cut.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the engineering field of insulating materials and fireproof materials, and in particular relates to a polymer neoprene foaming material and a manufacturing process thereof. Background technique [0002] The insulating materials and fireproof materials widely used at present generally use rubber foaming materials as the main filler, and its main components include: 25% neoprene as rubber raw materials, 30% EPDM rubber as reinforcing agents 15% of carbon black, CaCo as filler 3 15%, paraffin oil 10% as softener, and foaming agent 5%. [0003] However, the rubber foam material in the prior art is far from reaching the international standard of UL94-V0 due to the limitations of the selected raw materials and their proportioning ratio. Practice has proved that the rubber foam material in the prior art cannot meet the requirements of good insulation and fireproof performance, which directly limits the quality of insulation and fire...
