Abstract

The manufacturing method of electrophoresis display is implemented by firstly forming a plurality of pixel electrodes arrayed in plural groups on a first substrate, and then configuring a plurality of electrophoresis displaying units on the pixel electrodes, wherein each electrophoresis displaying unit comprises a plurality of colored charged particles and the colored charged particles corresponding to each electrophoresis displaying unit has the same color; on the other hand, forming a nonopaque electrode on a second substrate and configuring the second substrate on the electrophoresis displaying units so that the nonopaque electrode is positioned between the electrophoresis displaying units and the second substrate. The inventive electrophoresis display can be driven by part of the pixel electrodes selectively according to the color of the picture to be displayed, thus having good color display.
