Benefits of technology

This patented technology allows for controlling unwanted plants on crops throughout their entire life span from 1-5 months old without harmful consequences over time. It achieves this through various methods that work together like chemicals called bialaphos, which are effective at killing these pests but have no impact on beneficial ones such as grasses. By comparing how well they fight each other during two seasons, it shows that there was an increase in crop yields compared to previous techniques while reducing damage caused by certain weed species.

Problems solved by technology

This patents discusses how bacteria called barnacle grow up around plants that are harmful or even fatal when they're harmed with certain types of pesticides. These pests attack many different parts of their plant body but only damage one part at once - making them difficult to remove from the affected area without causing further damaging effects such as reducing production rates. Therefore, there needs an effective method against these organisms while minimizing any negative side effects associated with current methods like applying multiple agents simultaneously.

Embodiment Construction

[0022] The present invention is further illustrated below by way of examples.

[0023] 1. Demonstration in Yuanjiang County, Hunan Province

[0024] The demonstration site is a hilly double-cropping rice area. The paddy field soil is sandy loam, pH 7.2, organic matter content 2.1%, and soil fertility is uniform. The rice varieties planted include Xiangzaoxian 6, Xiangzaoxian 45, Xiangzaoxian 143, Xiangwanxian 11, Huanghuazhan, Hualiangyou 105, etc. Live cultivation is adopted.

[0025] The occurrence of weeds in the paddy field is relatively large. The control area without weeding was investigated 60 days after rice sowing, and it was found that the main weeds were barnyardgrass 189-242 plants / m 2 , Qianjinzi 12-18 plants / m 2 , 47-60 plants / m 2 , 54-71 plants / m 2 , Heterogeneous sedge 43-75 plants / m 2 . Reduce rice yield by 47.8-63.4%.

Abstract

The invention relates to a direct-sown rice field weed control method for delaying or preventing barnyard grass from developing resistance, which belongs to the technical field of plant protection. The method uses different weedicides in different years, different weedicides are used in the same year, and the different action sites of different weedicides are utilized to control weeds in rice fields. The design is reasonable and novel; the method can ensure that the effect of controlling weeds can reach more than 98 percent in a single year and that the effect of controlling weeds can reach more than 95 percent as well in one cycle or multiple cycles; and compared with the prior art, the method can enhance the effect of controlling barnyard grass by 30 percent to 50 percent and the effect of controlling other weeds by more than 10 percent and increase the rice yield by 15 percent to 30 percent.
