Problems solved by technology

[0004] However, European and American aspen hybrids belong to tree species that are difficult to take root from cuttings, and the survival rate of cutting propagation is low, which greatly limits the large-scale promotion of European and American aspen hybrids. Therefore, a kind of European and American aspen hybrid seedlings with high survival rate and low cost is provided. Cutting propagation method has important practical significance

Embodiment 1

[0032] 1. In early and mid March of that year, it was implemented in the forest genetic breeding base of Northeast Forestry University. Cut the twigs of Populus euphratica hybrids that year as cuttings, and cut the cuttings, each of which is 3-5cm long, with a single node and single leaf. The branches with a high degree of lignification at the base and the parts with too tender tops are not used.

[0033] 2. Immerse the lower end of the cuttings in NAA 100ppm solution for 30 minutes and take it out.

[0034] 3. The upper layer of the cutting substrate is about 8cm of river sand, and the lower layer is about 3cm of turf soil to retain water. Water the slotting bed thoroughly with clean water before cutting.

[0035] 4. The cuttings adopt the oblique cutting method, the cutting depth is 1 / 3~2 / 5 of the cuttings, leaving a bud, each cutting bed cuttings 10 rows, each row 10 plants, the plant spacing is 2.0 ~ 2.5cm, the row spacing is 4.0 ~ 4.5cm, compact the river sand by hand after c...

[0041] 4. The cuttings adopt the oblique cutting method, the cutting depth is 1 / 3~2 / 5 of the cuttings, leaving a bud, each cutting bed cuttings 10 rows, each row 10 plants, the plant spacing is 2.0 ~ 2.5cm, the row spacing is 4.0 ~ 4.5cm, compact the river sand by hand after cut...

Embodiment 3

[0044] 1. In mid-to-late May of that year, it was implemented in the forest genetic breeding base of Northeast Forestry University. Cut the twigs of Populus euphratica hybrids that year as cuttings, and cut the cuttings. Each branch is 3-5cm long, with single nodes and single leaves. The branches with a higher degree of lignification at the base and the parts with too tender tops are not used.

Abstract

The invention discloses a cutting and breeding method for tree stocks of Populus tremula * P. tremuloides, comprising the following steps: preparing a slotter, manufacturing cuttingwood, processing, cutting, managing after cutting, transplanting and planting in field, wherein in the step of manufacturing the cuttingwood, the current-year semi-lignified twigs of the Populus tremula * P. tremuloides are collected from March to May every year to serve as cutting, simple-ink single-leaf stalk sections are cut from the cuttings to serve as the cuttingwood. When the method of the invention is adopted for cutting and breeding the tree stocks of the Populus tremula * P. tremuloides, callus grows on the cuttings one week after cutting; roots begin to grow after 12 days; and after 18 days, the average length of the roots reaches 6.5cm, the average diameter of the roots reaches 0.18 cm, and the rooting rate reaches above 80%. The method of the invention improves the cutting survival rate of the Populus tremula * P. tremuloides to a greater degree; and in addition, the method of the invention also has the advantages of short emergency time, high rooting rate, simple and easily controlled technology, low breeding cost and the like.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention belongs to a method for propagating forest seedlings, in particular to a cutting propagation method for European and American poplar hybrid seedlings, and belongs to the field of clonal propagation of poplars. Background technique [0002] European and American mountain poplar hybrids (P.tremula×P.tremuloides) are hybrids of European mountain poplars (P.tremuLa) and North American mountain poplars (P.tremuLoides). It was developed by the Finnish Academy of Forestry with decades of time and a large amount of funds. Populus aspen was cross-breeded and excellent clones were selected, and the excellent hybrid varieties of aspen were finally screened. They have the characteristics of fast growth, cold tolerance, barren tolerance, tall tree shape, and strong adaptability. They are excellent tree species for afforestation in northern mountains. In addition, the hybrid material is soft, dense, white, and has straight trunks. It is a high-quality raw m...
