Abstract

The invention discloses a method for the automatic identification of a mobile terminal in a specific area and directional data acquisition. A system for implementing the method consists of a central server, more than one set of POS equipment and mobile data terminals of which the number is greater than that of the POS equipment, wherein the central server detects the real-time position of each mobile terminal entering the area by using the positional function of a mobile communication network; and the POS equipment establishes connection relationships with terminals through the central server. When the mobile terminals enter the area, the POS equipment identifies types of different mobile terminals according to the automatic positions of the mobile network and sends specific information to the different mobile terminals. The POS equipment of the manufacturer of the system can be used for interaction with the mobile phones of customers, so that the manufacturer can grasp the consumption expectation of the customers accurately and prepares for before-sales service.
