The invention relates to a network logon method. Logon data is built in a client-side, and comprises logon information of a plurality of websites. The method comprises the following steps: the client-side acquires internet site information, searches a logon mechanism corresponding to the internet site information in the logon data, generates a logon request in accordance with the logon mechanism, and sends the logon request to a server; the server checks the logon request; and if succeeding, returning to a corresponding network page. The invention also provides a network logon system. By utilizing the network logon method and system provided by the invention, the user logon efficiency is improved, and the user experience feeling is enhanced; and users can use the network logon method and system conveniently.
