Abstract

The invention discloses a detection processing method for a signaling connection control part (SCCP) loop. The method comprises the following steps of: performing global title (GT) routing processing on a connectionless service message transmitted from a second network element by using a first network element; according to a routing result, judging whether a called address in the connectionless service message is modified or not, and judging whether the routed network element of the next hop is the second network element or not; and if the called address is not modified and the routed network element of the next hop is the second network element, determining that the SCCP loop is produced between the first and second network elements. The SCCP loop is judged whether to exist or not by the routing result, so higher efficiency and wider application range are ensured. In addition, the operation of realizing the detection of the SCCP loop based on a hop counter is performed in advance before service processing, so the influence of SCCP loop detection delay on a service is avoided.
