According to the related gene cluster detection method, a rhythm disorder quantitative index scoring sample is taken as an input object, and a key gene cluster and a signal network occurring in the conversion process of a system from a steady state to a pathological state are analyzed and identified through a network. Rhythm disorder quantitative index scoring and related gene cluster detection methods cooperate with each other, so that quantitative and mechanical analysis of the circadian rhythm disorder state of the colorectal cancer patient can be realized. Scientific basis and clinical application potential are provided for molecular typing, risk assessment and potential target screening of colorectal cancer.
