A disc-type oil collector is arranged in the middle upper part of a suspension bed hydrogenation reactor; the oil collector divides the reactor into an upper stable separation region and a lower suspension bed hydrogenation reaction region; and all or part of raw material oil enters the upper stable separation region in the reactor and is mixed with a material which enters the stable separation region through an oil collector chimney-like logistic passage from the suspension bed hydrogenation reaction region in the lower part of the reactor, a gas phase obtained after gas-liquid separation is discharged out from the top of the reactor, a liquid phase obtained after gas-liquid separation is discharged out of the reactor from the stable separation region, and the liquid discharged from the reactor is fractioned, a light fraction is separated, and a left heavy fraction is mixed with hydrogen to enter the hydrogenation reaction area of the reactor.
