The invention discloses a mousing/deratization electric fence device which comprises an electric fence structure, wherein, electric conductors respectively connected with two electrodes of a power supply of a high-voltage conducting loop are alternately arranged at intervals and can form a conducting loop through the body of a rat; the electric fence structure is isolated from the earth; a pyroelectric infrared sensing device is arranged above the electric fence structure; an extending part of the electric fence structure is kept outside the periphery of at least one direction of a detection area of the pyroelectric infrared sensing device; and sensing signals of the pyroelectric infrared sensing device are sent to a power supply control unit through a signal processing unit positioned behind the pyroelectric infrared sensing device and are used for controlling the power-up of the electric fence structure. When the rat enters and moves in an infrared detection area at the middle part of an electric fence of the mousing/deratization electric fence device, the electric fence is powered on, and the rat cannot escape from the electric fence so as to get an electric shock and die; in addition, the electric fence is not powered on when no rat moves or the dead rat is stationary on the electric fence, so that the effect of energy conservation can be achieved, and subsequent rats can enter the electric fence area continuously.
