Abstract

The invention provides a shell and an electronic device, wherein the electronic device comprises the shell and a wireless module, and the wireless module is suitably mounted in the shell. The shell comprises a bottom board, a first side board, a second side board and a bearing board. The first side board extends from the bottom board, and moreover, the bottom board makes an included angle with the first side board. The second side board is perpendicular to the bottom board, and moreover, the first side board is connected between the second side board and the bottom board. The bearing board is located between the bottom board and the second side board, and is parallel to the first side board, and the wireless module is mounted on the bearing board, thereby respectively keeping a predetermined distance from the bottom board, the first side board and the second side board. Since the wireless module is mounted on the bearing board parallel to the first side board and keeps the predetermined distance from the shell, the arrangement of the wireless module is close to the apparent surface of the shell, does not affect the arrangement of other parts or is not affected by other parts, and also meets the requirement on the appearance and shape of the electronic device.
