The positioning device on the trawling ship is communicated with the positioning antenna, and the relative positions of the positioning device and the floating body are calculated through triangular positioning, so that decision information is provided for the running of the steering device. The running of the steering device is controlled according to the positioning of the positioning device for changing of the heading direction of the suspension plate in water and changing the field angle of the trawling rope connected with a trawling net behind, so that the size and the opening direction of the mouth of the trawling net are controlled indirectly, the aim of operating one trawling net by using a single ship is fulfilled, more energy is saved, and the efficiency is higher.
