The anthurium plantlet culturing method is characterized by comprising the following steps: culturing 1-8-week anthurium plantlets into flowerpots with the flowerpot diameter of 9 cm and the flowerpot spacing of 3.5 cm, namely keeping the plantlet spacing at 12.5 cm; increasing the plantlet spacing into 15 cm within the 8th-9th week; and after the 10th week, transplanting the anthurium plantlets into flowerpots with the flowerpot diameter of 17 cm. The anthurium plantlet culturing method has the advantages as follows: the survival rate of the anthurium plantlets obtained after tissue culture propagation is increased to more than 95%, and the growth vigor of the anthurium plantlets is good and integrally uniform; and under the condition that the growth vigor of the anthurium plantlets is not affected, the space on a seedbed is saved to the maximum extent.
