Abstract

The windproof heat preservation fabric comprises a fabric body (1), and is characterized in that a windproof film layer (2) and a rubber layer (3) are arranged on the inner surface of the fabric body (1), wherein the windproof film layer (2) is a plastic thin film layer and is fixed on the inner surface of the fabric body (1) through the rubber layer (3); and a luminous body (4) is coated on the surface of the fabric body (1) and is a long phosphor luminous body or a rare earth long afterglow phosphor luminous body. The windproof heat preservation fabric has functions of preventing wind and preserving heat; clothes made of the fabric is high in heat preservation property; and a self-luminous function is realized.
