In addition, the invention further discloses a device for dragging the icons to be moved on the desktop of the mobile phone. According to this arrangement, the efficiency is improved upon dragging the icons on the desktop of the mobile phone and the operation process is simplified by dragging a plurality of icons simultaneously.
