By blowing the argon gas to refine, gas and nonmetallic inclusion in the molten steel can be effectively removed, the desulfuration and the deoxidization can be achieved and the components and the temperature of the molten steel canbe homogenized. By using the method, the purified molten liquid can be molten, thereby improving the metallurgical quality of the molten steel.
