The production process comprises the following steps: S1, prefabricating the substrate with the arched raised lines; S2, prefabricating the pier feet of which the shell upper end faces are respectively provided with lugs, and filling concrete in each shell; S3, connecting the pier feet and the substrate: enabling the pier feet lugs to passes through the substrate, and performing hot melting on parts of the lugs, exposed out of the substrate, to form projection caps so as to realize the fixed connection of the pier feet and the substrate.
