Abstract

Provided is a training model for ultrasonic bronchoscopy which is to be used for training a technique of puncturing lymph nodes adjacent to the trachea or bronchi from the inside of the trachea or bronchi using an ultrasonic bronchoscope. The training model, which is to be used for training ultrasound-guided needle puncture of lymph nodes in the vicinity of the trachea or bronchi, comprises a jaw model, a bronchus model and a replaceable needle puncture site. The needle puncture site comprises simulated tracheal or bronchial cartilages, simulated lymph nodes and a simulated surrounding tissue. The individual parts of the needle puncture site comprise either a silicone rubber or a urethane resin as the main component. At least the simulated tracheal or bronchial cartilages and the simulated surrounding tissue in the needle puncture site contain an organic powdery filler. The simulated tracheal or bronchial cartilages in the needle puncture site are formed on the surface of the inner wall of the tracheal or bronchial in the needle puncture site.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a training model for ultrasonic endoscope, and in more detail relates to a training model for training needle puncture of trachea or parabronchial lymph nodes under the guidance of ultrasound. Background technique [0002] Ultrasonic examination is indispensable in modern medical care, especially the ultrasonic endoscope with an ultrasonic probe installed at the insertion tip, which can not only perform high-resolution ultrasonic observation, but also implement the so-called "ultrasonic endoscope The technique of "guided puncture" is therefore a very useful device for pathological examination. Among them, the so-called "ultrasonic endoscope-guided puncture" refers to collecting cells for pathological examination while performing ultrasonic observation. [0003] This kind of ultrasonic inspection requires the personnel who perform the inspection to have rich knowledge, experience and superb technology, especially the ult...
