According to the system, the automatic restarting of the power supply circuit and the automatic setting of the soft starting circuit are realized by utilizing the short circuit protection circuit, so that the phenomenon that short circuit protection circuit cannot return to normal because being triggered to enter a protection state again due to the inputting of surge currents after the short circuit protection is finished is effectively prevented.
