Embodiment Construction

[0018] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with accompanying drawing and specific embodiment:

[0019] like figure 1 As shown, the current lead of the present invention is composed of an epoxy base 1 , a first copper lead 2 , a second copper lead 3 , a third copper lead 4 , a fourth copper lead 5 and a red copper cover 6 . The epoxy base has four mounting surfaces for mounting copper leads, which are two concave surfaces 101, 103 and two convex surfaces 102, 104 respectively. The first copper lead 2 is installed on the first concave surface 101, the second copper lead 3 is installed on the first convex surface 102, the third copper lead 4 is installed on the second concave surface 103, and the fourth copper lead 5 is installed on the second convex surface 104, such as Figure 2a and Figure 2b shown. The current lead wire of the present invention can connect three superconducting coils in series, and the three superconducting coils are resp...

Abstract

A current lead assembly for a superconducting motor comprises an epoxy base, a first copper lead, a second copper lead, a third copper lead, a fourth copper lead and a copper cover plate. Four mounting sides of the epoxy resin are used for mounting the copper leads and include two concave sides and two convex sides. The first copper lead is mounted on the first concave side. The second copper lead is mounted on the first convex side. The third copper lead is mounted on the second concave side. The fourth copper lead is mounted on the second convex side. The current lead assembly can be serially connected with three superconducting coils; the superconducting coils are sequentially connected with the four copper leads; a superconducting tape of every superconducting coil is serially connected to the copper leads by welding and is fastened with the copper cover plate.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a series current lead applied to a superconducting motor. Background technique [0002] Superconducting motor is a new type of motor whose windings are made of superconducting tape, and has the characteristics of low loss, light weight and high power density. The body of the superconducting strip is very fragile and easy to break, while the superconducting motor will generate strong centrifugal force during high-speed rotation, and the superconducting strip is easy to break. At present, superconducting motor projects at home and abroad generally use red copper columns and superconducting strips to be welded, and then the red copper columns and superconducting strips are installed on the motor body by bolts and binding straps. The treatment method will make the connection between the superconducting tape and the current lead not stable, and once the motor speed is too high, the superconducting tape may be damaged.
