Embodiment 1

[0063] Example 1: Four blood samples, numbered 1, 2, 3, 4 respectively. Among them, sample No. 2 was negative, and the rest were positive. If several positive samples are selected for testing together, the test result is positive; as long as there is one negative sample among the samples participating in the test, the test result is negative. Now only one of the four samples is known to be negative, and it is necessary to find out the serial number of the negative sample. In this embodiment, as long as there are negative samples participating in the test, the test result is negative, therefore, the negative samples correspond to faulty individuals. Negative states are marked as 1 and positive states are marked as 0.

[0064] 1) Initialization: Assume that the states of the four samples are a 1 , a 2 , a 3 , a 4 . a 1 = 0 means sample No. 1 is positive, a 1 =1 means that sample No. 1 is negative, and the status of other samples is similar. Total 2 4 = 16 state combin...

Abstract

The invention discloses a Bayes group testing method. First, the occurrence probability Pm of state combinations is subjected to initialization, let us suppose that the total number of individuals in a group is N, and the number of the state combinations is 2N; in first-time testing, a plurality of individuals are randomly selected for testing, and final output is obtained; after results of each-time testing are obtained, the probability of each of the 2N state combinations is updated; individuals which join in next-time testing are determined; and a selected testing vector is used for completing testing, final testing output is obtained; when the probability of the maximum state combination is larger than 0.5, whole testing is completed, and otherwise, the steps is carried out in a cycling mode. The method has the advantages that needed testing frequency is lowered, and under the situation that noise exists in the testing results, all individuals in fault can still be found out correctly.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of reasoning methods of information technology, and relates to a Bayesian group verification method. Background technique [0002] Assuming that there are only a few individuals with faults in a group, all faulty individuals can be found with a small number of tests by means of group experience technology. The fault state is marked as 1, and the non-fault state is marked as 0. In the group test method, a certain number of individuals are selected each time to participate in the test. If all individuals participating in the test are not faulty, the test output is 0; if there is at least one faulty individual among the individuals participating in the test, the test output is 1. [0003] Existing group testing techniques can be divided into two categories: adaptive group testing techniques and non-adaptive group testing techniques. In the non-adaptive group test technology, before testing, the combination of individu...
