Abstract

The invention discloses a building value evaluation based calculation method and device. The method comprises obtaining configuration data of a plurality of buildings; building a function distribution model of a plurality of buildings through a machine learning method to obtain function characteristic distribution of the plurality of the buildings; calculating similarities between the value determined buildings and buildings to be evaluated according to the function characteristic distribution; determining at least one value determined building which is largest in similarity to the buildings to be evaluated to form a similar building set; determining values of the buildings to be evaluated based on values of all the buildings in the similar building set. By means of the method and the device, different configuration property characteristics of the buildings can be used effectively, and high accuracy and good explainability can be obtained during value evaluation of the buildings.
