Embodiment Construction

[0025] The present invention will be further described below through specific embodiments in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0026] Such as figure 1 As shown, a medical dressing 1, a prepackaged sensor 2, and a fixing device 3; sensors are fixed on the inner or outer surface of the dressing 1, and the medical dressing and the sensor are self-locking and fitted as a whole through the fixing device. The fixing order of medical dressing and sensor can be determined according to requirements.

[0027] Such as figure 2 As shown, the two components 4 and 5 of the T-locker of the fixing device; the fixing device is composed of two components. One component has a cylindrical hole, and there are two corresponding spring-type horizontal columns inside the circular hole; the other T-shaped component has a matching cylindrical shaft. When the cylinder shaft is inserted into the cylinder hole, the spring-loaded cross column directly tightens the cylinder.

Abstract

The invention discloses a medical dressing and a fixing device for a sensor system of the medical dressing. The dressing and a sensor are combined through the fixing device, so that the sensor (including but not limited to radio frequency identification tags) is fixed to the interior or the outer surface of the dressing. The fixing device is a T-shaped locking device, and the medical dressing and the sensor which are independent can be engaged into a whole in a self-locking manner. The fixing device is firm, simple, rapid and low in cost, and is suitable for one-time use. According to the fixing mode, the sensor can meet various sterilization requirements of the medical dressing. The sensor system has the unique ID address, the unique ID address can be identified through wireless signals, and relevant data can be read and written, so that the medical dressing is effectively prevented from being left in the body of a patient, medical negligence caused by remnants in an operation is reduced, and the safety of the patient is effectively guaranteed.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of medical equipment, in particular to a fixing device for a medical dressing sensor. Background technique [0002] Surgical dressings are necessary medical dressings in surgical operations. According to the Journal of the American College of Surgeons in 2008 (Cima RR, Kollengode A, Garnatz J, et al. Incidence and characteristics of potential and actual retained foreign object events in surgical patients. J Am Coll Surg 2008; 207: 80-87.) Published research shows that in abdominal surgery, the chances of foreign bodies remaining in the body are high, about 1 in 1,000 to 1,500. "New England Journal of Medicine" (Gawande AA, Studdert DM, Orav EJ, et al. Risk factors for retained instruments and sponges after surgery. N Engl J Med 2003; 348: 229-235.) also published important articles showing that foreign body residues Dressings accounted for 69% of the cases studied in vivo. Foreign bodies of fibrous tissue...
